To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
rus33 operates under strict KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. You will be required to verify your identity by submitting documentation including but not limited to: government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours during business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawal privileges may be restricted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify rus33 immediately through our customer support channels.
rus33 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, breach of responsible gaming limits, chargebacks, or involvement in money laundering activities.
rus33 accepts deposits via Indonesian banking institutions including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits apply based on account verification status and payment method capabilities. rus33 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party charges incurred.
Withdrawal requests can only be processed to verified payment methods registered in your name. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply (typically Rp 100.000). Processing times vary: most withdrawals are completed within 1-24 hours, though first-time withdrawals may require additional security verification and take up to 48-72 hours. Withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and status.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover requirement) before requesting a withdrawal. rus33 reserves the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
All financial transactions on rus33 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is required for Indonesian players.

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport. rus33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, incorrect odds display, or events where the outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement. Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to additional rules regarding timing and acceptance.

Winning bets are settled according to official results and credited to your Account balance. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, rus33's decision is final. You must report any disputes within 7 days of the original event conclusion.
rus33 periodically offers bonuses and promotions to players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are published with each promotional offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) before becoming withdrawable. For example, a bonus with 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times before withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements.
rus33 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting software errors, collusive or fraudulent wagering patterns, or any activity designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers without genuine betting risk.
Withdrawals requested while bonus wagering requirements are incomplete may result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and associated winnings. Always review specific bonus terms before accepting promotional offers.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service interruptions.
In the event of technical errors affecting odds display, bet acceptance, game outcomes, or account balances, rus33 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct errors. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rus33's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. rus33 is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee winnings. You are responsible for your own betting decisions and financial management.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire Account balance. Accounts with pending wagering requirements or active bonuses may have restrictions on immediate closure.
rus33 reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily for investigation purposes if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or security concerns. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds until the investigation concludes.
rus33 may terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we determine that continued provision of Service to you poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited at rus33's discretion.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanent closure. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rus33 is licensed to operate. Disputes shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms specified in our license.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact rus33 customer support to seek informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to our licensing authority for independent review.
Any claim or dispute must be raised within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.
